The room floor was slanted, disposable toiletries weren't provided directly, hot water was inconvenient, and there were cockroaches. However, compared to the much worse and three-times-pricier hotels inside Kinabalu Park, the value for money was quite good. At least it offered bottled water, and there were only cockroaches, no extra hornets. Service: The front desk staff was nice; they specifically asked if I wanted an early check-out and were willing to wake up early to accommodate it. It's a five-minute walk to Kinabalu Park.

A comfortable stay with clean rooms, helpful staff, and great amenities. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, and the service felt consistently warm and attentive. Breakfast was satisfying, and check-in was smooth. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for the price.

Firstly, the telephone number to the outlet is + 6 012 869 6969 as shown on a signage at the entrance to the outlet; the number advertised on this platform is not helpful when I called two days ago to ask about my booking. Secondly, the road from the entrance down to the parking bays is steep requiring experience and skillful drivers especially when their vehicles are loaded with passengers or baggage. Thirdly, the wash basin faucet in the bathroom of my room is loose, the shower head hose is inflexible, and the water pressure is below average.

Do NOT stay here!!! The room is freezing, the toilet is infested with ants, and there was a very noisy party on Sunday night. The management completely ignored it.
