The room directly faced the mountain, and the view was absolutely beautiful, but please, please, read customer requests carefully and FIX THE WATER HEATER!!! You know the room is near the mountain, but the water heater was broken... We had to shower in cold water, it felt like bathing with ice..

The resort is conveniently located right beside the main road connecting Ranau and Kota Kinabalu. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. While there was some traffic noise from passing vehicles, it wasn’t a major issue—earplugs can easily solve that if you’re a light sleeper. What mattered most to us was the cleanliness, which was excellent. An added bonus is that extra mattresses are available for rent if needed. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

All good! We chose a room with plenty of single beds. There were 5 beds, haha, perfect for families, friends, or even a honeymoon. The room was really spacious too. Just a heads-up about the water heater, you can't adjust the temperature; the water gets super hot! You have to mix in cold water to get it lukewarm. Overall, it was great. There's a kettle and a water dispenser right outside the room door. And the views? Right at Mount Kinabalu itself!

View memuaskan...tetapi tandas kurang memuaskan,tidak ada pili paip n hose untuk kegunaan kencing n berak,terpaksa angkat air dari luar n tempat mandi dluar n flush tandas rosak n pintu tandas xbolah tutup rapat...lain all ok
