Stains on the bedding, dust on the furniture, and a musty odor made it evident that proper housekeeping standards were not maintained. Given the price point and reputation of Fariyas Resort, this level of negligence was unacceptable. Even after notifying the staff, the response was lackluster, and no significant effort was made to rectify the situation promptly. The dining experience at the resort also left much to be desired. During the buffet, there was a noticeable lack of supervision, leading to several disturbing instances. Most concerning was the sight of unsupervised children putting their hands directly into food dispensers, causing hygiene concerns. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, there was no immediate action taken to ensure better monitoring or uphold basic food safety standards. For a property of this stature, such lapses are not just disappointing but also unacceptable, especially given the current emphasis on health and safety. The overall attitude of the staff was another major letdown. From the moment of check-in, there seemed to be an air of indifference among the team. Requests for basic services were either ignored or met with significant delays. For instance, it took repeated follow-ups to get fresh towels, and the lack of attentiveness extended to other aspects of service as well. The staff's behavior at the reception was particularly discourteous, which set a negative tone for the stay. Amazing place for kids..had a great time at the waterpark, the indoor pool and the kids club. Poonam at the kids club is excellent with the kids!

Good ambience, service is satisfactory and hospitality is very much excellent.Really had great time and I really thank everyone who has been their for us for our daughters bday and made our day awesome.Looking forward to visit again with whole famileee .

Excellent location . Spacious and clean rooms and very attentive and courteous staff . Sangeeta from the restaurant, chef Karan Singh and Karishma from front desk are very courteous and humble and all the other staff equally amazing . Food is delicious . Good activities for the kids . The property is really beautiful and full of activities. There us something to do for every age group. The rooms are spacious and offers amazing view all around. The food is good and offers a lot of variety.
