Hotel is about a 10min drive from the airport. They offer free pickup and drop off service! The room was clean and well equipped, it’s a smart room so many functions are voice controlled which was cool. Staff were super friendly and helpful too. Bed is also very comfortable. Would stay here again if finding a place near the airport~

One of the best services I've experienced in any hotel globally. And this is coming from someone who travels constantly and has lived in hotels for the last 2+ years. The team were always smiling, so friendly and approachable. I spoke to Miss Zhong Zhong often who was delightful, helping with anything and everything. The rooms are very clean, laundry room is very convenient and the garden restaurant was delightful. Delicious fresh food, and lots of vegetables that they grow themselves. It would be a pleasure to come back to this hotel.

Very convenient location close to the airport but not too much noise from airplane traffic. The hourly airport drop off service is reliable and fast and the room was clean and modern. The included free late night dinner was also tasty!

This hotel is fantastic! The receptionists were incredibly helpful, always ready to answer any questions and resolve any issues promptly. They responded quickly to my needs, even booking my airport transfer and calling to wake me up half an hour beforehand. The driver helped with my luggage, and the trip to the airport was quick, only ten minutes. The room was impeccably clean; the toilet was thoroughly scrubbed, the mirror was spotless, and there wasn't a single hair in the drain. It was truly spotless. The facilities were also excellent; the air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and hot water all worked perfectly. Super convenient! Highly recommended!

Hotel is brand new so everything is almost new. All hotel staffs provide very excellent customer service with a smile. for example carry your luggage, help you with your laundry and 24 hours transfer from Kunming international airport to and fro. It a great transit hotel to stay in as journey from hotel to airport takes only 12 minutes. Highly recommended
