LIRIDE RED HOTEL

Great location and excellent service! I wasn't feeling well during my stay, and the staff were incredibly helpful. It's very close to Cuihu Lake, and there's a fantastic rice noodle restaurant downstairs that I ate at for two days straight. Highly recommend!

Pros: Great location with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to grab food or essentials anytime. It's also close to Cuihu Lake. The room was clean, the service was excellent, and the breakfast offered a good variety of tasty options. The facilities are quite new and modern. We even received a souvenir when checking out. Areas for improvement: 1. The air conditioning wasn't very effective, and the fan speed was low, with no option for guests to adjust it. 2. The bathroom was a bit small, and the design felt a little impractical.

The room was clean and tidy, with relatively new facilities, including a smart toilet, a separate shower, and a dry-wet separation which was great 👍. There was also a refrigerator in the room. A special shout-out to the front desk and the rooftop restaurant. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and provided excellent service. The complimentary flower cake was delicious and not too sweet, and bottled water was provided endlessly. The rooftop restaurant offered a rich breakfast and delicious rice noodles for supper, along with ice cream 🍦. Overall, a great experience 👍

An incredibly satisfying hotel right by Cuihu Lake! The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to Cuihu Lake. The decor is very stylish, the room is brand new and clean, and the smart home features are super convenient. The rooftop restaurant offers an amazing view, the service is warm and attentive, and it's so easy to get around and find places to eat. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Kunming.

The service at this hotel was truly exceptional. The staff was incredibly responsive, and the front desk service was fantastic. My room was spotless, and the facilities were all very new. However, there were a couple of downsides. The windows didn't have screens, so opening them for ventilation meant letting in mosquitoes. Also, there's construction nearby, which caused a lot of noise in the room, especially in the mornings and evenings. On both mornings I went for breakfast, the 'Er Si' noodles were sold out. I hope the purchasing department can better manage their stock. Despite that, the breakfast service itself was very professional – definitely five-star quality!

The hotel's location is quite good, just a five-minute walk from Green Lake, past two traffic lights. I had considered hotels by the lake but felt they weren't good value for money. The hotel facilities are decent, nothing to complain about. If you stay on a higher floor, you can get a lake view (lake view room). There are also plenty of great food options within a one-kilometer radius, a true foodie paradise.

This was my second stay, and overall it was great! It's a 5-minute walk to Cuihu Lake, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which is super convenient. The rooftop pool is definitely a bonus. The staff are all proactive in greeting guests, and the pillow menu is quite extensive. Even though the staff were very busy, their service was still top-notch. Thumbs up! The room was a bit small, but acceptable. The only issue was that the water was a little too hot and hard to adjust. Still, I'd recommend it.

The hotel facade isn't large, but the facilities are complete, it's clean and tidy, and the service is great. It's also very close to Green Lake. Just a heads-up: definitely don't pick a room facing the street! It's incredibly noisy; motorcycles rev their engines all night, and the windows don't block out much sound at all!

Nice, clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The hotel's decor and materials are quite good, and the rooftop offers a spectacular night view – very chill! The rice noodles were delicious too!
