The location is good, about 5-10mins walk from the hotel to kunming railway station. There is supermarket, and alot of restaurant around hence you no need to worry about food.

Good location walkable to railway station, near supermarket, 7-eleven and luckin coffeeand this is view from my room on 30th floor.

Clean room with board flooring. We stayed at Level 31 with great view of Kunming City. The reception is helpful and allowed 2 hours extension of check.out free of charge. Walking distance to the Kunming Railway Station for High Speed Rail to Dali and Lijiang.. Next to conbenience store and restaurant.

Room is very big. Nearby to Kunming Railway Station and Kunming Metro Station. Easy access to everything and below the hotel there is big supermarket and convenient store. Halal food also not far away from the hotel. Very spacious room and nice view from 30th floor.

The room was nice and the receptionist was really helpful. My friend in Dali was sending the item by courier to this hotel. Our WeChat got restricted from sending message, so we ask for helps from the beautiful receptionist girl to message our friend, the one that sending the item. She did message our friend for the confirmation about the parcel, and we received the parcel successfully. Thanks so much really appreciated it 🥰

Strategic location, not far from ancient town. The owner also very friendly. My family n I stayed for 2 nights and the staffs were very helpful. Got the chance to meet friendly kittens as well. They're so cute! Will stay here again if come to Lijiang

The hotel was well located and very clean, the bathroom was very nice and with a door.

I honestly don't know what their cleaning standards are. I could overlook other things, but how do you explain a duvet cover with such a massive oil stain? The staff blamed it on a part-timer, but all they did was swap it out without any apology or further gesture. Then, later that night, I found the towel also had yellowish stains when I went to shower. Hygiene: Highly concerning.

The hotel near the Kunming train station. About 18mins walking distance. The room big and clean. This hotel offers spacious, spotless rooms—many with panoramic city views from its upper floors. easy access to transport, a Halal of nearby dining and shopping options, and attentive, friendly staff who make check-in and daily stays smooth.

The hotel was easy to find, located right next to the train station. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The family room came with a bunk bed and a 1.8-meter large bed, which was perfectly sufficient for our needs. Food delivery was also very convenient; they brought orders directly to our room door.

The bathroom had a lot of rust in its corners. Otherwise, everything else was very good.

Picked this hotel because we are travelling to Shangri-La in two days' time, and this hotel it is just 5 mins walk the HSR Kunming Station. Rooms are clean and huge except that they are located in a high-rise building which house another hotel and offices. Its not an issue as they have designated lift for the hotels. Reception is very friendly and helpful and there are plenty of restaurants around.
