Hygiene: The sink area still had a bottle cap and toothpaste that hadn't been cleaned up. The attention to detail in cleaning overlooked spots needs improvement. Facilities: Comprehensive and well-equipped. Environment: Located in a residential area, quiet and free from noise. Service: Front desk service was efficient and responsive.

This stay left a very positive impression. Every staff member was very polite, smiling and greeting us upon arrival. They were also very responsive when we needed help, making us feel very caring. The room was clean and tidy, and the stay was very comfortable.

Facilities: Located on the front floor of a residential complex, the facilities are average, shared by several hotels. Cleanliness: The room was clean enough, though a bit small. Overall, it was okay, and the public areas were average. Ambience: The ambiance was okay, typical of budget hotels. Service: The service was good, but the parking lot lacked signage, making it a bit difficult to find, and reservations were required. This could be improved.

I've stayed in so many hotels, but this is the only one where I couldn't turn off the lights at night. It's terrible! The switch was broken, so I couldn't turn off the lights at night. I had to unplug the electric card to sleep. There was no air conditioning and no electricity. There were also stains on the table that couldn't be washed off. The hygiene was very poor, and the laundry wouldn't dry. The air conditioning couldn't adjust the temperature. And for over 300 yuan a night, I give a terrible review! This is a terrible hotel. It has nothing to do with Wyndham.
