Stayed on the 30th floor — the view was great and the room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. Just a short walk to Wanda Mall, which made dining and shopping super convenient. A comfortable and pleasant stay overall!

Service was excellent. They seek to please. They generously checked us in early and provided us with complimentary breakfast: the chicken soup is a must try , especially after a long day of travelling.
Needed some help to settle some courier matters . The ladies at the counter especially ms dong was more than supportive in helping.

If you have big luggage and you are getting dropped off my a taxi or didi, u will have to carry your luggage over the barriers unless you go to the carpark which the taxis don’t go to.
Our room was right next to the cleaners closet and everytime the cleaner opened the door to grab something we heard it. Waking us early in the morning…..
Breakfast restaurant staff were nice and attentive.
Room view was good.

amazing hotel and staff. absolutely love the location as it is near the Train Station. the hotel team are helpful and lovely. they helped me collected my mei tuan food order and were very responsive to my request. they also have great choice of food selection during the breakfast time.

Location not so convenient but staff is helpful and walk an extra mile to assist in e-hailing 😊
Breakfast is good , in my booking there’s a complimentary “high tea” which i did not get to enjoy, overall service is good as staff is very helpful . ❤️ the mattress . Free Gift of Rose Flower Cake

I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! Despite being a local travel hotel with limited facilities, the hospitality is not bad and made my stay memorable.
The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the local area. The staff's dedication to providing a pleasant experience was evident in every interaction, to ensure guests felt welcome and cared for.
Overall, it was a great stay with friendly staff who made all the difference.

We had two rooms, one loft with bed upstairs and one loft with high ceiling in one floor, both are perfect!! Staffs are super nice - at both reception and breakfast ❤️
