Extremely satisfied with my stay! The service was excellent, and the front desk upgraded me to an executive room. Both the executive lounge and breakfast were fantastic. A special shout-out to the ladies in the executive lounge – they were always so enthusiastic and welcoming. Many thanks to Daisy for her hospitality! ❤️

The service from Ailine at the Kunming R&F Wanda Vista Hotel's switchboard was absolutely outstanding! She answered the call quickly, was incredibly gentle and patient, and provided detailed and professional answers to all my questions. She even proactively offered helpful suggestions. The entire experience was excellent, and she definitely deserves high praise!

Our stay was very satisfying! The staff were all excellent, with a special shout-out to operator Xiao Gao. She was always quick to respond, even late at night around 9 or 10 PM, and helped us find solutions to our issues with warm and thoughtful service. Xiao Keyun, who checked us in, was also incredibly helpful and even upgraded us to a family room. The buffet dinner had a chocolate fountain that our child absolutely loved. Five stars all around!

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the service is professional and enthusiastic. It's clean and hygienic, and the staff are very patient and thoughtful.

True to its reputation as a seasoned star-rated hotel, the front desk even kindly arranged a late check-out for us.

The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. However, the executive lounge felt a bit pointless. It's very close to Kunming Station, and right next to Wanda Plaza, so you can find anything you want to eat without waiting in line. It's better than the Sofitel in the same price range, especially the service.

Had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, and I rarely use the in-room coffee and tea, but this time I tried them and they were surprisingly good. The housekeeping staff did a very thorough job, and the bedding was changed promptly. Dinner was a buffet, and the staff were incredibly friendly and even helped guide the children with their food choices, which was a thoughtful touch.

My spouse and I, both retired, chose the Wanda Vista Kunming for our trip to Kunming. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the hotel's luxurious and grand appearance, both inside and out. The environment, cleanliness, and facilities were excellent. The staff were proactive and welcoming, helping us with our luggage. Our room was lavish and spacious, impeccably clean, and well-stocked with all the essential toiletries and amenities. The breakfast offered a wide and delicious variety of both Chinese and Western dishes. The hotel's location right next to Wanda Plaza is incredibly convenient for visiting all of Kunming's attractions. We, as seniors, thoroughly enjoyed our three-day stay at Wanda Vista Kunming, finding great satisfaction in the dining, accommodation, and transportation aspects. The hotel staff and the service personnel were truly outstanding!

The room was quite spacious, and the service staff at the executive lounge were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and the front desk agent, Xiao Bi, was very friendly and provided excellent service, a special thank you to her! It would be even better if the elevators going to the underground parking garage and those only going to the first floor could be controlled separately.

The environment is great, and Xiao Bi and Xiao Xie provided excellent service! Very satisfied!

Hygiene: The room was clean and tidy. Facilities: The facilities were elegant and the environment was pleasant. Service: The service was excellent, and they even provided complimentary fruit upon check-in.

Everything is ok. Breakfast was awesome. If hotel can make an effort to help hotel guest to load and unload luggages from vehicle, it would have earned 10/10 rating from me.

The room was great, but the breakfast was a bit pricey. I look forward to staying again.

Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, and the surrounding area is very convenient. Facilities: Although the hotel has been open for a while, the overall facilities are still very complete and relatively new. Service: All the staff I encountered provided excellent service, especially the front desk lady, Yuma.
