Kunming Yitianfeng Hotel Apartments (Nanping Pedestrian Street Branch)

We are a family of 3 adults and 1 child (3.5 years old) traveling to Kunming. This hotel apartment was both our first and last stop during our trip, and we stayed here for a total of 3 nights. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again. Pros: 1. The service was excellent. The staff were very responsive whenever we needed help or requested extra items. 2. The hotel apartment staff personally met us at the car park and guided us to the property, making our arrival and check-in smooth and stress-free. 3. They warmly welcomed my son with balloons, toys, and a camping-themed setup. He absolutely loved it and was so excited! 4. The location is very convenient. It’s within walking distance to ME TOWN (蜜糖购物中心), where we enjoyed great food, shopping, and even experienced an ear spa (采耳). 5. The security guard in the lobby was friendly and attentive, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. 6. The owner recommended a driver for our airport transfers. He was professional, punctual, and very responsive, making our journey comfortable and hassle-free. A Small Note: Our stay is pleasant, but if you’re traveling with a stroller or young children, do take extra care when walking outside or during pick-up and drop-off. The road in front of the property is quite busy, and there are many road barriers, so navigating with a stroller requires a little extra attention. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel apartment, especially for families traveling with young children(2 bedroom and 2 toilets / shower room).

The two bathrooms in the apartment are great for bigger groups. Location is a short drive away from key attractions in Kunming. There is no physical staff on site but they are very responsive on WeChat. The water boiling system was a little confusing to use - there's a series of weird commands that must be provided verbally before the boiling can start. Took some time to figure this out. The door also automatically locks for 15mins to unlock afte 3 incorrect passcode attempts, which is quite unfortunate

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would gladly rate it five stars without hesitation. The location is fantastic with convenient transportation, making it easy to travel around the city. The staff are warm, friendly and attentive, offering thoughtful service throughout my check-in and stay. Rooms are fully equipped with complete facilities and kept spotlessly clean everywhere. The cozy atmosphere makes me feel just as comfortable as staying at home. Highly recommend this property to all travelers!

Super super great service!! The staff helped to wait for us to check in in the wee hours of the morning (3/4am) and swiftly responded and tried their best to help with all our different questions and requests which was rlly rlly nice of them! Very very cozy place with great sunlight and a nice little common area for us to gather together and chat to start and end the day! Really nice cleaning auntie too who helped us with a smorgasbord of requests from fixing the washing machine to using a steamer to iron clothes. One small downside is that they don’t have cutlery/plates/bowls so it’s a little bit tricky if you want to cook or warm up leftovers. But other than that highly recommend future groups of travellers to stay here!
