My room has been upgraded by the host. I love the room.It's located on the 24th floor. It is about 10 minutes walk from the North entrance of Kunming Railway Station. Toiletries are provided as well. You may request for a late check out with an additional fee.

Although the location is a bit difficult to find at first, the service is excellent. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive, making the stay very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel — the price is affordable, the service is truly outstanding, and it’s conveniently located close to the railway station. The room was exceptionally clean, and there's a security camera outside, ensuring safety. Most importantly, the owner is incredibly nice and has a great attitude. I arrived early, around 6 AM, and called the owner to store my luggage in advance.

The first time I have been booked a great room as this. Everything is really great from the door to the bathroom. Specially, the carpet is also very very cute. The manager is very friendly. He picked me up from the end of the alley. Finally, I feel I am very lucky when booking this. If I have a chance come to here, I sure that I still book this homestay

The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. There's a water dispenser in the hallway, making it very convenient and hygienic to get hot water for drinking. The owner lives upstairs and was incredibly patient and helpful whenever I needed anything. Her kindness was truly heartwarming.

Very close to the train station, and I absolutely loved the decor style. The owner was super warm and friendly, and very pretty! She even helped me with my luggage. I really liked the little decorative items in the room. The facilities were complete, and the hygiene was spotless – I was very satisfied. The bed was really soft and comfortable to sleep on, and the lighting and ventilation were great. It was also very quiet. The value for money, environment, cleanliness, and safety were all off the charts! I highly recommend everyone choose this place 🥇
