Great location, excellent customer service, and clean rooms – this is a hotel I'd definitely return to. The breakfast was delicious too! It's the best hotel I've stayed at in Kunming. So happy with my stay!

Location: Good, a short walk from the MTR (subway). The hotel entrance is on the side of the building. The price is reasonable, it's clean, and the room amenities are complete. Check-in for foreigners took a very long time with many steps. The staff couldn't communicate in English but tried their best to be helpful. Everything else was okay.

The staff were great and upgraded us to a family room when they saw we were a family of three. The breakfast spread was quite comprehensive, easily one of the best for a budget hotel. The location is near a KTV, so it was a bit noisy, but it's close to Nanqiang Street which makes getting around very convenient.

Very convenient location with assess to Dongfeng Square metro only about 400m with line 2 and 3. Easy transfer to other links to airport and other attractions. Walkable to the Ancient city and shopping centres. Only downside is hotel corridors are worn out and dirty. Rooms cleanliness are ok.
