The service attitude was truly amazing; I felt that every single staff member was exceptionally polite and helpful. The soundproofing in the rooms was quite good, and the overall living environment was pleasant. The rooftop pool is a must-visit—in the evening, the light reflecting down gives it a very upscale feel. The public areas are a bit on the small side, but it doesn't detract from the experience at all. The next day we went to the Grand Hyatt and their service was abysmal. This hotel left a wonderful impression on me, and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Kunming.
