The guest rooms are spacious, decorated with high-quality materials, and boast excellent lighting and views. Once the door is closed, it's incredibly quiet, making every day feel truly relaxing and rejuvenating. The breakfast exceeded all expectations; it was plentiful and thoughtfully prepared, featuring both local Yunnan specialties and exquisite Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was meticulous. You can even enjoy your meal in the courtyard bathed in the morning sun, creating a wonderful ambiance. What truly stood out was the overall service quality. All the staff were highly professional, polite, and respectful, striking the perfect balance in their interactions. Check-in was efficient and smooth, and any requests were met promptly and attentively without being intrusive, ensuring a comfortable and relaxed experience throughout my stay. They impressed guests not through forced flattery, but with their professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. The hotel offers a stylish environment, high-quality dining, and excellent service—everything a resort hotel should be, perfectly embodied here. Even food deliveries were brought to the room by a robot! The breakfast spread was a rich mix of Western and Chinese options. The lobby has a serene, Zen-like atmosphere, and cleanliness was impeccable everywhere. The self-service laundry and sound bowl healing were incredibly relaxing for both body and mind. Plus, parking was convenient, and the room had excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, my stay was comfortable and relaxing from start to finish. I highly recommend this place for anyone vacationing in Kunming!
