The hotel is very nice, clean, but wasn't easy to find it first. The managers are very polite. They don't speak English, so when my Chinese wasn't good enough,we used the translating app. In the room there's tea, coffee and some sweet Chinese cookies with rose filling. The only issue was , they're not used to foreigners, so were confused about the registration. I explained several times to 3 managers that I came from another city of China, so I don't have a fresh stamp in the passport with the current arrival date. But eventually the problem was solved. And the general impression is very good. Also I had a nice view to the waterfall of flowers 😁

We got the japanese style bedroom, unfortunately i didnt take any pictures, but it’s exactly how it looks from the pictures supplied by the hotel. It was lovely and elegant, very clean and pleasant to look at. The breakfast was delicious, the location perfect, the internal courtyard so cute and the staff so kind and helpful. Honestly it was a great stay, would definetely come back!

Really good location. There are lots of eateries and shopping within short walking distance. Room is clean and neat. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Really enjoyed my stay there. They even gave us 2 flower biscuits every day.

My stay was comfortable. Room didnt came with breakfast but upon checking in the staff gave us free breakfast. Overall was a good stay

The hotel is generally clean and the aesthetics is nice with an oriental feel to it. However, it can be a bit hard to find the location of the hotel especially if your flight is past midnight and the street is dark. It is of walking distance to nanping and old kunming street. Would be good if the hotel could provide some directions. In addition, during our stay in kunming, it was the few days where the temperature dropped drastically and the room was cold as there was no heater in the room.

Stay one night and it’s excellent. Walking distance to Jinma, Nanping. Didi to Kunming station is about rmb 8 in a short distance. Simple but healthy breakfast provided. Recommend.

They upgraded my room when we arrived and gave us complimentary drinks, dessert, and breakfast. 💜
Even tho my family’s room wasn’t upgraded and didn’t include breakfast, they still provided free breakfast for them 🥹
