Sofitel Kunming

My stay at the Sofitel Kunming's 270-degree view room exceeded my expectations. The hotel boasts an excellent location, making travel convenient. The room itself was spacious, with meticulous details showcasing its quality. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered expansive views; the sunset and city nightscape were absolutely stunning and incredibly therapeutic. Suri was warm, polite, and responsive, providing professional and attentive service. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive, and the dining quality is top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay throughout. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kunming.

I brought my family to Kunming and after looking around, we decided to stay at the Sofitel Kunming. The day before our arrival, I received a call from Xue, one of the front desk staff, asking about our room preferences. She thoughtfully arranged for our rooms to be next door to each other. The view from our 47th-floor room was amazing, offering a panoramic view of Kunming's nightscape. While we were out, my family had trouble connecting to the internet in the hotel. After contacting Xue, she immediately came to our floor to help resolve the issue. Her response was very prompt! I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.
