The hotel room offers unbeatable value for money. The breakfast has a wide variety of options, and it's not far from the subway station. Absolutely recommend, no complaints at all!

The hotel's environment is excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was superb. It's also conveniently located near the subway station, making it very easy to get around. The surrounding area is pleasant and offers plenty of dining options.

Right next to the hotel is a Taoist temple, which is free for visitors to explore. It's not too far from the metro station, about a 10-minute walk. Large shopping malls are also within walking distance. The hotel is a bit old; both the room decor and layout, as well as the front desk facilities, are quite dated. The breakfast is decent, but the selection isn't extensive. Overall, the value for money is pretty good.

The room's amenities were disappointing; the chair was broken, and I almost fell when I sat on it. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. For such a large hotel, they couldn't even print an invoice. I was already exhausted from my business trip, so this was truly a letdown.

The hotel's location is great. It's convenient to walk straight to the subway station from the right side of the road, and taxis are also easy to hail. The breakfast selection was very rich, and the service was good. The rooms and lobby were very clean, and they also offer luggage storage. The only downside was that it was a bit difficult to drive out of the hotel entrance once you'd driven in. There was no staff to guide traffic, and cars often blocked the exit, which caused delays.

This is what they call a four-star hotel: First, the lobby is on the second floor. After parking, you have to drive around to the front, and then there are no clear signs on the second floor indicating where the front desk is. When I got to what I thought was the front desk, I had to ask if it actually was the front desk. Second, no one told me where breakfast was, or what time it started and ended. Third, the room was old, had a strong, pungent smell, and the soundproofing was terrible. Fourth, at checkout, they asked if I had driven and needed to input my license plate number. The front desk staff handed me a piece of paper to write it down, then asked when I had driven in. I told them yesterday, and then I just had to stand there waiting for him to come over and tell me it was done. Throughout the entire process, from check-in to check-out, the four-star hotel front desk staff looked miserable. Fifth, when I drove out, the security guard asked why I hadn't had the front desk input my license plate, saying if I had, it wouldn't show a charge. I called the front desk again, and the guy on the phone questioned why I hadn't told him I drove in when I checked in. Firstly, as front desk staff, shouldn't they ask guests if they're driving when checking in? As a hotel employee, shouldn't you inform guests about the parking procedures? Or is this just how arrogant service is at a four-star hotel? This is the first time I've ever seen a hotel like this for over 200 yuan. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

The breakfast was great, and my child loved it! The room I originally booked wasn't cleaned, but the front desk quickly upgraded us for free and made check-in a breeze. Thumbs up! Some of the facilities are a bit outdated; there's no smart bidet toilet seat, and the sofa was a bit dirty. Plus, the mattress was a spring mattress, which felt like a blast from the past. The hotel is close to the subway station, about 800 meters away.

Although the hotel is a bit older, the rooms are quiet and comfortable. I stayed here for four days in Kunming with my friends' family, and we all thought the hotel's service and rooms were excellent. It's also conveniently located, close to everything, and the breakfast is very rich. Next time I'm in Kunming, Oasis Hotel will be my top choice.

Perhaps we arrived too late, as we were assigned to the 26th floor, which felt very old-fashioned. The showerhead had very low water pressure, and I couldn't adjust the flow. The faucet knob wouldn't pull all the way up, so water came out of both the shower and the tap simultaneously. It was quite uncomfortable! This isn't our first time staying at this hotel, so to have this experience was really disappointing.

Facilities: As always, but the air conditioning is old and the heating is not very good. Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: Convenient surroundings, I've stayed here many times. Service: The foundation of a star-rated hotel, with very good service attitude.

Disappointing Check-in Experience I arrived at Kunming Green Land Hotel after a long train journey from morning until late afternoon, hoping to finally rest. Unfortunately, the room was not ready even by 3:40 PM. Trash and belongings from the previous guest were still in the room, and it was messy and unclean. I had to wait over an hour before housekeeping came to clean the room. After such a tiring trip, this delay made me feel exhausted and very disappointed. This is not what I expected from a hotel of this standard.

The hotel is within 10 minutes walk from the nearest subway station. It is also near many tourist shopping streets. The room is clean and spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The room decoration clearly used to be luxurious years ago but has shown its age. Overall, it is a good stay for a night.

Pros: The bedding was clean, and the shower had great water pressure. Breakfast was plentiful, there was ample parking, and the hotel is conveniently located near the subway, making travel easy. Cons: The facilities are old, the bathroom door doesn't close properly, and some areas of the hotel need better cleaning.
