Superior customer service would appropriately describe this hotel! Although it is a bit dated (decor and technology wise, older TV, etc.) the rooms are spacious and the service is impeccable! Danny was extremely helpful during my stay! He speaks excellent English and was very patient and willing to help in anyway that he could! It would be very nice if this international hotel provided English movie and TV channels on their televisions as it was raining some of the days during my stay and I opted to stay indoors. Nice views of the city. Overall, you quickly learn why this hotel is highly recommended on trip! Enjoy!

I enjoyed staying at this hotel, which offers high quality service, convenient location and friendly stuff. I arrived a bit late, when the hotel cafe was about to close, but the restaurant manager (unfortunately I don’t know her name) nicely set up a table for me for dinner, and asked not to be in rush and order whatever I like. After she came to me asking if anything else needed, speaking English fluently. The room is quite spacious as for one person, comfy and clean. Easy to reach subway or bus stop, there’s Wanda shopping mall about 10 minutes away by car.Highly recommend this hotel, one of the best places I’ve ever accommodated to. Safe journeys, guys!

Good hotel with good location only 10 minutes from subway station for visit to flower market & western hills by train. So it is very convenient. Taxi is inexpensive to go Old Street vicinity.

It was one of the most pleasing stays I had in all Kunming. The friendly staff, the amazing breakfast and the fact that they speak amazing English to assist you. To how fast they register you and how convenient it is to go all around , the station is nearby so if you’re planning to go to Dali or anywhere , it’s super convenient. The bathtub was very clean and the view was so beautiful! Deserves a 5 star 🌟 for sure!!
They were so nice I had this food for free and even a Chinese rose cake for the new year !

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were impeccably clean, and the amenities were top-notch. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. My only minor complaint was the shower temperature—it was a bit too hot and difficult to adjust. However, this was a very small issue in an otherwise perfect experience. I would gladly stay here again and appreciate the overall quality of the hotel.

Hotel ammenties are good and the room is spacious. . Hotel is located very close to train station. Hotel staff are very friendly.
Hotel staff Mr Jesse helped me with Tour arrangements and he communicated promptly. Really appreciate that.
The buffet breakfast is good with a wide selection. The staff always offered to make coffee for me when I stepped into the restaurant.
Highly recommended hotel stay for all.
