很好，感受到了昆明的熱情，老闆姐姐很暖心，兩天停車費27塊，老闆姐姐給我發了30塊的紅包，第一次遇到這麼大方的房東，頓時對昆明增加了好感，房間很乾凈，一家八口人住的很好，非常感謝，讓我們的出行這麼暖心

房間寬敞，描述和圖片相符，房東特別熱情，到了車庫後親自下來接的我們，晚上覺得被子不夠用連夜給送上來，特別感謝。小區旁邊週日有趕集，吃飯的地方比較多，馬路對面有家福潤麪館特別好吃，地鐵口就在附近，離雲南省科技館開車七分鐘，周圍不遠還有個奧特萊斯。

樓下就是2家比較有特色的德哥飯莊和湘菜館，吃飯方便，早上樓下的汆肉米線自助，10元超大碗味道好還實惠！離旁邊的吾悦廣場和雲時代廣場打的就幾分鐘，吃喝玩樂購物都很方便！
