During the Spring Festival, it is peak tourist season, and the hotel is fully booked every day. Most guests check out after 2 PM. When you arrived, your room was still being rushed to be cleaned. The front desk prioritized your stay and provided a complimentary breakfast voucher as compensation for the 20-minute wait. We apologize for the inconvenience. The hotel's public areas and corridors are under 24-hour surveillance, and security personnel conduct regular patrols, so please rest assured about your safety. The dampness on the room floor was due to it not being completely dry after cleaning. We will improve the drying and ventilation to prevent dampness and odors from affecting your stay. The room was automatically playing welcome music; this was not a malfunction, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Fireworks were being set off in the surrounding area during the Spring Festival, which is an objective reality. We will try our best to arrange quieter rooms for our guests in the future. Regarding room location, each guest has different habits and preferences, and it is possible that some guests may be dissatisfied with the room arrangement.
