Business hotel. The room is relatively small. The geographical location is convenient for business trips. The five-star service is for the manager. The hotel booked for three days gave breakfast for one person in the morning. At that time, I asked the front desk staff because I saw the comment that breakfast could be served. The response was no. But the manager at the back personally went to the room and gave a breakfast coupon for the first morning. The experience is ineffective, and the hotel management is relatively conservative and will not be flexible.

酒店很人性化，提早到達酒店，也因著酒店的房間空置程度和客人的需求，能安排提早入住。入住時，我預訂的房間品種，因為其他人應未退房或仍在打掃中，前台的服務員非常好，安排升級的房間給我入住，並讓我提早入住。房間的洗手間特別是洗手盆，打掃得特別乾凈。也喜歡房間的一幅畫。第二日詢問了，前台的服務員姓代，代女士，她能解決我的入住問題，很周到，很讚。另外前台的男生，也告訴我如何去附近的景點。結果我多住一晚，代女士送了我一份早餐。非常感謝，感恩。的確是五星級的服務，兩星級的價錢。物有所值，超值。

從廣州來昆明遊玩，酒店位置和各個景點的距離都比較適中，公交打車都非常方便快捷。酒店設施很新，衞生也打掃得很乾凈，整體環境舒適；服務方面也是很周到的，必須給一個五星好評！下次來昆明玩還會選擇維也納。
