Kunming Daguan Park Atour Hotel Reviews

The front desk staff, especially Wanshui and Luoyin, were incredibly warm and attentive, always responding promptly to our requests. The soy milk at breakfast was delicious. Overall, the hotel pays great attention to detail and offers excellent value for money. We had a comfortable stay and will definitely choose this Atour Hotel at Grand View Park again for our next trip. Highly recommended!

This was my first time staying at Atour due to special circumstances, and I ended up staying for 10 days. The cleanliness of the rooms at Atour Xishan and the overall service of the hotel exceeded my expectations! The breakfast buffet was also very rich, and the self-service laundry room at the hotel was beyond what I imagined! All in all, it was really great! Since I didn't venture more than a kilometer away from the hotel, I can't comment on the convenience of its location. I've uploaded a picture of the laundry room for everyone's reference.

Not bad, not bad! It's also within walking distance to Daguanyuan Garden.

Traveling with seniors and kids, the environment was quite good. Especially the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I'm particular about pillows when I sleep, but on the first night, I slept soundly until morning. I thought the second night would be just as good. However, on the second night, the TV in my room kept turning on by itself, and the curtains would open a crack. At 6:03 AM, I suddenly felt a bright light (I'm very sensitive to light), and then I vaguely heard the TV. After searching for a while, I realized the sound was coming from our room's TV, even though it was off (black screen, no picture). But… how could a turned-off TV suddenly make noise? I didn't dare to think too much about it. Instinctively, I used the remote to turn the TV on, then off again. A few minutes later, the sound came from the TV again 😓. I used the remote to turn the TV on, then off again. A few minutes later, the TV went black but started making noise. This repeated 4 times within half an hour. At a little past 7 AM, when the sound came out of the TV for the 5th time, I wanted to unplug it, but the plug seemed to be hidden behind the TV. Finally, I just turned the TV on, lowered the volume to the minimum, and let it stay on if it wanted to… When I checked out, I reported it to the front desk. They said I should have told them immediately, and they would have arranged a room change. But I had my child with me (who was sleeping soundly), and it was already morning (we were checking out that day), so I didn't want to go through the hassle. Later, a staff member actively contacted me to offer compensation, but I politely declined. The hotel environment is good, and breakfast was decent. Thankfully, it wasn't the middle of the night, otherwise, it would have been truly terrifying.

Great stay, very clean and comfortable. Will come again. Washing machine and gym is very useful to

Excellent value for money, and the room was spotlessly clean upon check-in. The sheets and duvet covers were changed daily, which was a nice touch. The soundproofing is fantastic; you can barely hear the air conditioning or the exhaust fan. The service quality was also top-notch. And the late-night congee buffet was a real treat!

The environment is clean and comfortable, and the service is exceptionally good. I'm very satisfied! Atour Hotel is definitely my top choice for travel. The late-night congee service is such a thoughtful touch! The surrounding transportation is also very convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town.

The front desk service was excellent, highly recommend!

The hotel was great; they handled issues promptly. They upgraded our room and gave us complimentary breakfast. Thank you! We'll definitely book here again next time. The breakfast was also very diverse.

Excellent stay!

My stay here was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-maintained. The front desk staff, especially Wanshui and Luoyin, were incredibly warm, attentive, and responsive. The environment was quiet and comfortable, and getting around was very convenient. Overall, the attention to detail was impressive, and it offered great value for money. I had a very pleasant stay and will definitely prioritize this hotel for my next trip. Highly recommended!

Very satisfied! Both the front desk and room service were excellent. The room layout is well-designed, with the toilet and bathroom completely separated. The breakfast was plentiful—I especially loved the Ersi (local rice noodles), and they also served congee in the evening. The hotel's location is great: it's quiet, yet very close to Zhuanxin Farmers' Market and Green Lake Park.

Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were warm and patient. The room was meticulously cleaned, with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. The soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel environment is elegant, and the facilities are comprehensive, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. The experience was excellent, highly recommended!

Because of road construction in front of the hotel on the night we checked in, it was super difficult to carry our luggage. When we mentioned it during check-in, the hotel's solution was incredibly satisfying. They kindly offered us complimentary breakfast and even helped us move our luggage out when we checked out the next day. The service was very thoughtful. I will definitely choose Atour again next time!
