Came to Kunming with my 6 years old. We didn’t know the hotel is inside the mall so was a little lost. But staff were very kind to come out and fetch us to the hotel. They offered to carry my big heavy luggage up to the room. That’s giving the extra mile service.
The room is very culturally designed, amenities are very sufficient and breakfast is healthy and local taste. Overall I’m very happy and pleased with their friendliness and very hospitable.
The hotel is near 2 attractions where we managed to walk with baidu map help. You can check it out too. The hotel is also very near to Kunming railway station just 15-20mins cab down.

This boutique hotel has a lot of potential. We loved how beautiful, unique & thoughtful the design of each room was. The bed was super comfortable. The only (and minor) problem we had was that it was relatively hard to find. We anticipated this issue early, hence we booked a hotel pick-up car with the hotel. However, the driver just dropped us and drove off, leaving a family of all foreigners nearly clueless of where we should go next. While I recommend this hotel, I do not recommend using their airport pick up service. It was expensive and unhelpful.

Great location right above the food street and close to Kunming Old Street. It’s a bit hard to find but I did eventually with the help of some locals and Alipay translate! My room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Unfortunately no lift but the guy on reception kindly helped me with taking my bag to the room. I had to leave early in the morning to catch my train to Dali and the hotel gave me a breakfast takeaway.

The place is unique in its design for every room. All the staff are very helpful and provide every comfort they can to their guests. The place itself is very cosy and we feel very relaxed and comfortable. Breakfast is reasonable and the courtyard is super nice to have drinks and snacks plus the cool night temperature.
Overall the environment is an experience worth the money. Strongly recommended.

Great place to stay, it was exactly what we wanted. The location is great and the service too. I would only recommend to give eye masks to customers are the rooms are not fully dark at night because of curtains but overall I totally recommend it! The food area around is great and all in all super convenient
