Vienna Hotel Kunshan City North West Road

The room was very clean and spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly! The front desk staff was lovely; they proactively upgraded our room and even gave us two complimentary breakfasts. The breakfast was delicious, especially the mini wontons, though they were a bit cold by the time we got them.

The environment is comfortable, and the service is warm and attentive!!!!

The hotel is easy to find and conveniently located for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept really well. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in was efficient. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation and was very clean. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would choose to stay here again.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but the corridors are spacious and bright, and the rooms are quite large, clean, and tidy. I was especially happy that there was space to put my suitcase, making it convenient to unpack and hang clothes. The 2-meter bed was very comfortable. The front desk service was excellent, the breakfast was good, and overall the hotel offered very good value for money. 👍 Two minor incidents: On the first day, there was a strong smell of smoke in the room, which I tolerated all night. The next morning, I told the front desk, and the young lady offered to change our room and said she could arrange for a staff member to help us with our luggage. However, because we were in a hurry to leave, we didn't have time to change it. When we returned that evening, the hotel had deodorized our room, and after keeping the windows open all day, it felt much better. Today at breakfast, I left a light cardigan on the chair by the window. When I returned to my room at 10 pm, I felt cold and realized it. I contacted the front desk, and within minutes, they had brought it to my room! Thank you so much and a thumbs up! 👍
