The environment is quite good! The overall service was really excellent! Breakfast is included, it's a buffet with a wide variety of choices, and there's also room service, which is very convenient!

I traveled a long way to Qiandao Lake in autumn and chose to stay at the Sheraton by the lake. My room directly faced the vast expanse of the lake, and as I sat by the window, a refreshing breeze carrying the lake's crisp air wafted in. Along the way, I encountered some minor issues, but thankfully, Nicole, the duty manager, went above and beyond to help. She was sincere and humble, never shied away from problems, and handled everything with thoroughness and care. She showed thoughtful consideration for even the smallest difficulties, which was truly heartwarming.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless and spacious, and the bedding was so soft I slept like a log. The staff were friendly, patient, and responded promptly. The location is convenient for getting around, and the amenities are excellent. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience, definitely worth revisiting. I've saved it and will prioritize choosing this place for my next trip.

Pros: 1. The room offers a delightful view of Dianshan Lake, which is very pleasing to the eye. 2. The room is new, well-designed, and very comfortable to stay in. 3. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all quite good, with excellent flavors, especially the Chinese restaurant. 4. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Cons: 1. There were no welcome fruits or mini-bar (compared to other similar hotels). 2. The dinner buffet had a relatively limited selection. Because there was a fireworks show that evening, dining spots were in high demand. The buffet opened at 5:30 PM, but many reserved tables were still empty at 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM. It would be better to implement timed seating to improve table turnover. 3. The kids' play area was a hit with the children, but many parents weren't wearing socks, and kids were crawling all over the floor, which felt a bit unsanitary. There were also no staff members in the play area to maintain order. I suggest having someone at the entrance to ensure both adults and children wear socks, which would also make it quieter. On both Saturday and Sunday, we saw many parents going barefoot, which was quite unexpected. 4. Since there's not much to do in the surrounding area, and kids won't stay in the indoor play area all day, I suggest building an animal petting zoo or a similar child-friendly attraction nearby. An outdoor zero-gravity playground would also be a much-needed amenity for families with young children.

I specifically booked this hotel for the Dianshan Lake fireworks display. The hotel was very thoughtful and arranged for me to stay on an executive high floor directly facing the lake. The view of the fireworks at night was perfectly aligned, which was fantastic. The dedicated hotel manager was also very attentive. This will be my top choice hotel next time I visit Dianshan Lake.

My stay was fantastic. In terms of environment, the hotel is located by the lake, and all rooms feature panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering direct views of Dianshan Lake. The architectural design is simple yet grand, with the lobby incorporating natural wood textures and Chinese color schemes, blending modern sophistication with oriental elegance. Hygiene standards are strict; guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned, and public areas are well-maintained. Bedding and toiletries are of high quality. The service was professional and standardized; Greta Lianna at the front desk was efficient and enthusiastic during check-in. The facilities are comprehensive, including an indoor heated pool, a 24-hour gym, a kids' club, and a sauna. Additionally, there's a Chinese restaurant, an all-day dining restaurant, and an outdoor lawn, catering to various needs such as business trips and holidays.

Facilities: New, but there's a slight odor. Air Conditioning: Not powerful enough when the sun hits directly in the afternoon, so it gets a bit warm. Kids' club and buffet are good, and the swimming pool is great too. Parking and charging are convenient.
