The attitude of the staff was very good, and the shuttle bus guy was also very patient and nice. I am willing to give full marks to the staff service There are some doubts❓ 1. When we stay in regular hotels, they will provide unlimited water, but in fact, more than 3 bottles of water will be charged, 4 yuan per bottle. We wouldn't drink water desperately, but I think a family of three drinks a lot of water, and adding more than a thousand yuan in room fee is a bit uncomfortable. Of course, this is my personal feeling. 2. The car cannot be driven into the lake view RV, and you have to take a shuttle bus. Even if there are parking spaces in the camp, we are still not allowed to drive in by ourselves. It can be understood that they are afraid of too many vehicles and chaos, but the shuttle bus can only be used for check-in and check-out. If a family wants to get something in the camp, they have to walk a lot. This kind of service that does not provide corresponding services is not very comfortable. Even if it is provided, it is acceptable if you have to wait. It feels very bad ✖️ 1. There are really a lot of bugs in the room, There are many, many. The campsite gave tips not to open the window, but we didn't open it, but there were really too many bugs, all kinds of spiders 🕷️, big mosquitoes 🦟, big insects 🐛, really too many, if you are afraid, don't come, it's inevitable 2. The cleanliness of the room, there are spider webs on the towel rack in the corner, and there is a lot of dust. Overall, the hygiene does not match the room price, close to the level of farmhouse Overall feeling, thank the staff for their dedication, but the overall feeling is really too bad, I hope the campsite can make some adjustments, the full room rate is a taste, in fact, do better, there will be many repeat customers, after all, there are many activities in such a large place. The weather was good, my friend was free, and we were not far away, so we wanted to go to the camp. After all, the weather was cold, so we chose to stay in a lawn RV. There were not many people in the middle of the week, so it was quieter. There was floor heating in the RV, which was very friendly to us with cold hands and feet. When our feet were warm, our whole body was warm! Although it was winter, there was no wind and the sun was out on the day we came. We played kayaking and archery, and did handicrafts.
