Our high-floor room offered fantastic views of the beautiful city skyline. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to walk to Kunshan Grand Theater and the library, which is perfect for a family outing to see a show. It's very family-friendly; the kids loved the swimming pool and the children's play area. The front desk staff were very kind and attentive, especially to us as we were traveling with seniors and children. The breakfast spread was plentiful, and the restaurant by the river had a lovely ambiance. Even though the hotel was very busy during the May Day holiday, the staff worked hard, and we still had a wonderful experience! 👍

It was an amazing stay. Being an international, English speaking staff and the ease to check in made me honestly fall in love at first sight. The room had a great view of kunshan. The food too was one of the best I have had(breakfast).

I had a very nice stay at the hotel. David was very helpful with the booking process. I stayed multiple times in the hotel and had always a goid time. Price for value is very good

Former Swissotel. Still in mindestens conditions. Currently restoring works on weekdays and workingtime going on. Best Swiss bread ever outside Europe. I will come back.
