Lakeview Peninsula Holiday Hotel

Environment: Overgrown with weeds. This is my first time staying in a hotel with such a bad environment. The price is not cheap! Service: The service is very stiff! If you don’t do well, you really have to think about your own internal and external problems. Hygiene: There is a relatively humid musty smell as soon as you enter the door. If you are in a hurry to make an appointment for an interview, you will not be able to stay at all. I am very objective. If you don’t believe me, you can give it a try!

Friends came to Zhouzhuang this time. We booked 6 rooms at Lakeview Peninsula. This hotel is across the lake from Zhouzhuang Ancient Town. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the waiters are friendly. We stayed in a lake view room, with a panoramic view of the beautiful Bai Clam Lake. Opposite the Zhouzhuang Ancient Town, the shadow of the pagoda is reflected in the lake, which is so beautiful. The house price is also suitable. Great value for money. Friends are very satisfied. Worth recommending!

The hotel environment is very good, parking is convenient, the rooms are clean and sanitary, the lake view outside is very good, it is also close to Zhouzhuang Ancient Town, and the round-trip through train from Suzhou Station to Zhouzhuang Scenic Area is also nearby. Overall, I am satisfied.

很差勁，難以想象這是攜程會上架的酒店，辜負對平台的信任。在廢棄的湖邊，車子衹能亂停在雜草叢。一個破舊的大堂裏面居然有2個承包酒店，管理混亂。因為太晚了，衹能硬着頭皮住。所謂湖景是沒有的，被樹木全遮擋。陽台門大開，沒有紗窗，房間裏蚊蟲成災。房間沒有熱水，要等30分鐘，洗到一半沒有熱水了，太恐怖。洗漱用品劣質，沒有毛巾，再有熱水還要等半小時，折騰2小時才洗完澡。房間裏有麻將台，煙味混雜發黴的氣味，中央空調早就不能用。水斗、吸油煙臟的離譜。衣櫃衣架在天空，180大高個也夠不到。一層樓有開麻將館的，開門一夜麻將，喧囂到早晨8點。保潔阿姨又跟麻將客在門口爭吵。十幾年開遇到最差酒店，千萬不要來。400多一晚簡直是詐騙！

太拉胯了，就是公寓改的酒店 衞生間紙都沒放，梳子也沒有，礦泉水也沒有 最重要的是，樓道里住了很多常住的用户，至少有兩三家都是開着門打麻將！還抽着煙，煙霧繚繞，關上門在房子裏面都聞到很大的煙味。 隔音還巨差，晚上打牌的吵得睡不着，早上六點多又被吵醒，太差了！！！！

活了三十多年，輕易不給差評，這次是真的火了，也不知道好評是怎麼來的，酒店很差，除了房間大點，沒有其他優點，選擇這家酒店的需要避雷，我們是一家老小出遊，訂了三間房，備品不充足，洗髮水都不提供，給了兩小管沐浴露，幸虧自己帶了洗護用品，都不如二百來塊錢的快捷酒店住着舒服，每個房間衹給兩瓶水，再要前台就不給了，要花錢買水，一個房間燈不了，摸黑，三間房間空調不行，開了一晚空調，也不暖和，縮縮着睡了一晚，都二天起來，給孩子冷的流鼻涕，沒有早餐，是一個不知道轉了幾手的酒店，很差，訂房要慎重，不適合居住，酒店管理有問題，我已經好久沒有住過要按金的酒店了，就這設施設備每間房辦理入住的時候還要收取100元的現金（微信付款寶掃碼）按金，也不知道這家賓館的老闆怎麼想的，遲早得幹黃了，不要選擇這家酒店，極其差勁，超級差勁

現在各平台訂房間，現場還要收按金的店確實不多見了，進房間就是醒目的明碼標價牌，這是把顧客當成**對待嗎？

天底下第一差的酒店，店名高大上，實則臟亂差！門鎖也是壞的，很不安全，左彎右曲才進到房間，消防通道標識不清！差，差，差！

不喜歡民宿所以定了這個酒店，沒有想象當中的衞生，訂了家庭套房，將近 500 塊，房間很大，裝修風混搭，歐式中式拼湊，衞生差了點，刷牙茶杯都有牙膏痕跡，多少年住酒店沒遇見要交按金了，雖然沒有對錯，但體驗感確實不好，退房要等檢查房間，用時 5-10 分鐘左右才能退按金。停車方便。
