Overall, the Crowne Plaza Kunshan is pretty good. The hotel is connected to Jiufang City, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Visited with my daughter during the May Day holiday and stayed in the Octonauts-themed family room. My daughter absolutely loved it! The room was clean, and the breakfast selection was plentiful. We went around 9 AM and it wasn't crowded at all. The kids' play area was a bit small, but still perfectly fine for a five-year-old. We'll definitely stay here again next time.

This is my second stay at the Crowne Plaza Kunshan, and it's fantastic! It offers incredible value for money, and the location is excellent. The hotel has everything to have a great journey. It's clean, the room are spacious and beautiful. I had always get a warm welcome from the employees at the entrance. I stayed 2 weeks there. The breakfast is great with many choices. The gym has everything you need but some equipments are a bit old or in bad condition. It can be busy the evening. Also there is a mall next, with many restaurants inside. And a massage center in front by crossing the street (foot massage must be tried during your stay) Laundry service is really expensive (I paid around 80 USD for a small size machine)
