各位朋友請好好看完我的經歷再去投訴這家店，這真的是我第一次這麼憤怒，我真想把老闆和前台***，作為酒店馬路上一個指示路牌沒有，攜程上寫一個7棟讓我挨個找，打電話前台不接，我200塊酒店預訂不讓取消，酒店門都沒找到，這家店大概率是黑店故意隱藏位置？某豬上都找不到這家店。我第一次連酒店都沒住還被扣了200的酒店錢，凌晨兩點啊在7棟裏找人問到22層，結果發現除了一個牌子酒店**找不到，我會去消協和工商局投訴你們這羣沒有**的黑心商家，你們等着吧，真是我七月份開門紅遇到這種事情，我不會讓你們再去坑其他客人，其他人看到這條評論再去看我凌晨拍的視頻，一層樓除了一個牌子什麼都沒有，衹在攜程上有這個酒店，我從來沒這麼憤怒，真的，我打了前台十幾個電話，門口小區保安，上下兩層的業主都問了，我一個住酒店的跑了半棟樓沒找到酒店，真是荒謬，店家你看到這條評論來聯繫我好嗎？讓我好好****************

小區環境差，打電話沒人理，7.40打電話，8.40才回復，不能退款，

不知道説什麼好，房間設備都很破舊，大熱天的不製冷！夜裡37度的天氣，兩個人在房間裏熱的一夜都沒睡着，找客服也沒人解決！衞生間的灑水噴頭也是壞掉的，固定牆上衹會往旁邊噴，衹能拿手裡洗，這麼爛的酒店千萬不要住！花錢找罪受！最噁心的是客服不解決，晚上打電話反饋問題，就給我個管家電話，管家電話也打不通，好不容易打通了對面還説自己不是管家，真是極其鬧心的一次體驗！
