The rooms are quite simple, but the lobby and courtyard have a charming old-house character. The staff were very friendly, coming to the entrance to help with luggage, which was a thoughtful touch. For breakfast, we went to Wan San Lao Lu, and the portions were very generous.

Located right in the heart of the ancient town, directly opposite the Sanmao Bookstore, this hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the charming narrow alleys, gondola boats, and picturesque stone bridges – all fantastic for photos. The rooms are beautifully antique-styled, clean, and spacious, truly capturing the essence of the old town. Plus, the breakfast is absolutely delicious!

My initial impression of the hotel was okay, but there was absolutely no privacy in the room; the bed was visible as soon as I opened the door. The decor was sparse and basic, with furniture that looked like it was haphazardly thrown together and picked up from who knows where. Even for a holiday period, ¥600 was way too expensive. All in all, I definitely won't be staying here again. The photos must have been taken with a wide-angle lens, as they don't reflect the reality of the room at all.

Elegant surroundings, with architecture reminiscent of a Jiangnan garden. The service is top-notch; one hotel staff member walked for ten minutes just to help guests retrieve their luggage from the parking lot. We were upgraded to a suite upon check-in. Excellent environment, excellent service, an excellent holiday experience overall.

A really excellent stay! We'd arranged for a butler to meet us at the parking lot to help us check in. Our room was upgraded for free, and it was clean and comfortable. They even provided disposable toilet seat covers, complimentary high-quality Pu'er tea, and free Cokes and Sprites – the attention to detail was truly commendable! 👍 The courtyard is tastefully decorated, a great spot to relax and chat undisturbed. Breakfast was good too!

Had a wonderful stay here. The hotel's location within the scenic area was super convenient. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable overall experience. Getting around was easy, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time. The front desk staff, especially the young man, provided excellent service.
