The view was great. There was noise downstairs, but the front desk quickly helped me switch to a higher floor. The hygiene was good, but the hotel had a strange, somewhat stinky smell. Even my laundry smelled after drying it there.

My business trip stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was quiet, the WiFi was stable, and the spacious desk made working very convenient. Anna at the front desk was efficient with check-in, Amika was very responsive, and the cleanliness was well-maintained. It's perfect for business travel, highly recommended.

The staff were polite and attentive, and they responded quickly to any requests. It's convenient for dining and getting around, and the environment is quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. There were plenty of parent-child activities, and even a fireworks show, which the kids absolutely loved!

This hotel is a hidden gem! It's very close to Shanghai, clean, and has a swimming pool with great facilities. The breakfast spread is also very good. The surrounding area is convenient too. The front desk staff are all lovely, and Anna was especially helpful, explaining all the hotel services and facilities with a friendly and polite demeanor.

A special thanks to our butler, Joyce, whose warmth and professionalism made us feel incredibly valued and respected. The facilities were comfortable. Also, Daniel and Cici handled our check-in efficiently and smoothly, always with a smile and a friendly attitude. Our room was spacious, bright, and elegantly furnished, with an expansive view. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy with a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the shower had excellent water pressure and stable temperature. We'll definitely be back.

The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. In the evening, I got to enjoy a half-price all-you-can-eat buffet with a wide variety of dishes. The hotel offers dining services, but if you find the prices a bit high, there are also affordable dining options nearby.
