The first time I stayed, the hotel was very hygienic, the front desk service was in place, warm and patient, there were questions and answers, the price was very high, it was recommended to stay! ! !

We chose the Crowne Plaza for its Western restaurant. Upon inquiry we asked about the restaurants and was sent to the 5th floor restaurant that only serves local cuisine. Again we asked the 5th floor restaurant where we can enjoy Western food. We were sent back down to the first floor where we found the western restaurant had closed down. It was upsetting to be sent from place to place and not properly informed about dining options. We had to enjoy a mediocre dinner in the nearby shopping center. The occasion was planned for the guest's bridal celebration dinner since she's leaving China and will get married abroad. I'm sorely disappointed in the uninformed restaurant manager and would hardly recommend staying at the Kunshan Crowne as the other Crowne Plaza's I've stayed at was a much better experience.

I have lived for a few days, and I am very satisfied in all aspects. The aunt who cleaned the room was very warm. The room was very clean. The front desk lady was also very good. I also upgraded the room for free. I will choose this one when I stay in a hotel in the future. Wall crack recommended 👍
