The location is fantastic, breakfast is delicious, and the staff are all very kind!

This is awesome place that you must choose to stay! The two gentlemen are amazing with great attitude and services. We arrived late around 8pm since everyone was resting but they waited for us and helped me to make restaurant booking after we 4hrs drive to the hotel. The bbq near by is good and local. The location is just one step out from the spot. We enjoyed the hot spring in a private room and this is a Japanese style hotel that we are looking for. I will definitely visit again. Thank you !

Good location good service

The staff have good service mind. Hotel is quite age but located in prime location which in front of is yutabake. Yakitori foos stall nearby (opposite Yutabake whichblong que) is great but the shop opens 3 pm onward.

Loved this traditional ryokan in kusatsu right next to the hot spring in the city center. They have a private onsen to use for free upon availability which we enjoyed a lot. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast with view to the spring is definitely a highlight.

Good location right at the intersection of Yubata, old-style old soup house, very feel; service staff is very courteous and polite; hot spring water is very hot, initially thought can not soak, but slowly can soak infusion. If you want to try the old-style hot spring inn, you can choose this one.

The building is old but well-cleaned. It was nice to be able to eat breakfast while looking out at the Yubatake.

Right in front of the Yubatake, the location was simply amazing! We were also able to use the private hot spring, so we were able to relax. Thanks to you, we had a great trip. Thank you.
