We stayed here to celebrate our son's birthday, and it turned out to be an amazing experience! The accommodation was incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing the perfect setting for a special celebration. The room was huge and comfortable, with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time. The service was truly exceptional—attentive, thoughtful, and beyond our expectations. If you're looking for a place with ample space, spotless rooms, and outstanding service, this is the place to be. We’re so glad we chose this accommodation for such a special occasion and would highly recommend it to others!

Top of the best, view from living room is stunning, comfy mattress and huge space for family. Private parking, staff speak good English and very helpful we had a great time and definitely return and highly recommended

I had a wonderful end-of-year stay at Chalet Ivy Weiss. Everything was great – the beds and food were excellent, the spa was comfortable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. They even helped me book transportation to and from the hotel. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm skiing.

[Pros] - Next to AEON shop, easy to find food and things - Free shuttle bus from hotel to Hirafu welcome center and Hanazono (about 20 mins) - Public bath - Free towels and pajamas [Cons] - Quite far from the center of Hirafu (Night life).

Excellent location for ski and luxury hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at INTUITION NISEKO during my trip to Niseko, and I can’t recommend it enough! The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was help with my luggage or in-room facilities , they made me feel truly valued as a guest. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Especially the sofa, I even asked for the brand name that I would like to buy a same one for my home. Super thanks to Dorothy for the info she provided! Moreover, I loved waking up to the serene snowy landscape outside my window! If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in Niseko, INTUITION is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious—perfect for the three of us. The view was amazing. The staff were friendly and explained everything clearly. I accidentally broke a glass while washing it, but they didn’t charge me and even checked if I was okay. I really recommend this place. No matter what season you visit Niseko, this has been my favorite stay. I’ll definitely come back.

Can not beat this location for this price. Stayed here 2 out of 3 trips to Niseko, and the only trip we didn't was because they had not reopened post covid when we booked. That trip was tough for us to carry all ski/snow equipment and lug a toddler around. This place, even without ski-in/out anymore is still super accessible to the slopes behind. Short walk down the hill, cut right between some buildings at you're at the foot of the hill with ski shops, schools and lifts. There's a large convenience store that sells toiletries, bentos, snacks and a huge range of wines just across the street. Next to that is a very popular ramen shop with a 2-3 hour wait time. It works for us because we head there after the slopes, get a queue number, head back to the hotel to sit in front of the wood fireplace, have a shower, take a nap even then head back just in time for our queue number to be called. Couldn't ask for more. O yes, the traditional wood fireplace is just amazing too.

The room was clean and comfortable, and it even came with breakfast! Great value for money!
