I recently had the pleasure of staying at INTUITION NISEKO during my trip to Niseko, and I can’t recommend it enough! The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was help with my luggage or in-room facilities , they made me feel truly valued as a guest. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Especially the sofa, I even asked for the brand name that I would like to buy a same one for my home. Super thanks to Dorothy for the info she provided! Moreover, I loved waking up to the serene snowy landscape outside my window! If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in Niseko, INTUITION is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

Perfect place for your stay!

Very good hotel Whether it isservice, hardware, or accessories, they are all first-class The front desk will provide a WhatsApp phone number when you check in. Convenient for all arrangements during guests' stay, including arranging car pick-up, changing towels, making appointments for cleaning, etc. We booked a three-bedroom room with three toilets, so the family members don’t have to queue up in the morning. The room faces Mount Yotei, which is great for taking photos. The breakfast is average, nothing too surprising. It is included in the room rate, so there is not much to ask for. . If you have high requirements for breakfast, you can buy the ingredients and cook it yourself at the hotel. The only thing that is relatively inferior is the kitchen equipment. There is no hot pot equipment, but the microwave and steam oven are Miele, which are very easy to use and convenient. It can be seen that the hotel's management team is willing to spend money on hardware. The most commendable thing is the service. Since the hotel is relatively far from the ski resort, it is very convenient to call a taxi to and from the ski resort every time. You only need to notify us 5 to 10 minutes in advance.  This is a hotel I will definitely stay at next time I come to Niseko. Thanks intuition team again🥰

Don't make reservations in the summer, but don't make reservations in the winter.

A cozy hotel Front desk staff is friendly and willing to help with everything The breakfast is of good quality and the environment is comfortable The room is clean and has good circulation, making it as comfortable as home. Overall, it will be my next choice for Niseko

The hotel is new and clean. The room is small. I had no place to put my two big suitcases. It is like the Four Seasons Hotel in China. But the price is 15 times that of the same level in China. It is really expensive. With this budget, I can live in the most luxurious hotel in China. The room is like an apartment with a simple kitchen and no daily cleaning service. Check out at 10 am, but check in at 3 pm.

There are few breakfast options and you often have to wait for a table.

Not bad, clean

The attitude towards Chinese tourists is worse than that of tourists from other countries. Only by being able to speak fluent English can the attitude of the Chinese-speaking brother at the front desk be better. The room can only be cleaned once in 2 days, and towels and sheets can only be changed once in 4 days. The room is cramped and the soundproofing from the next room is poor.

The service here honestly feels like 8-star treatment .above and beyond anything I expected. The staff weren’t just professional and attentive, they were genuinely funny and warm, which made every interaction enjoyable. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so well taken care of while also constantly smiling thanks to the people around you. Helpful, kind, and with the best sense of humor .that’s what truly made the stay unforgettable.

A huge thank you to all the staff who work at Intuition!!! You guys were absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived to end of our stay you guys were so helpful despite how many people we had you guys were more than willing to accommodate!!! Especially Simon, Honza and Gustav who helped manage our 20 people crew truely incredible, you guys really made the trip so much more easier and less stressful - it’s SO helpful to have the rides everywhere and so close to the lifts! Cannot recommend this place enough!!!!!
