Although the room was large, it felt like a freezer. On Trip, it said they would pick us up from the airport for free. I'm not sure if the problem was with Trip or the hotel, but after paying for a non-cancellable reservation, they charged us 30 euros for the transfer. We mentioned it to both of them, but neither Trip nor the hotel has corrected it.

First room was okay, but once we requested to extend one day, the ignored our request and kept throwing the request to another shift. After the extension the second room was very old and below the average, they took long time to confirme the availability. Also, they are reserving the custome parking to the owner (as per the security) and left us parking outside the hotel parking area.

Unfriendly staff, limited option in breakfast, breakfast timings start from 7am, absence of basic amenities. Cant even provide iron board.
