I didn't expect much from a pet-friendly hotel in the city center, but this place offered exceptional and invaluable service. The staff were kind and friendly. They even lent us a stroller, which was a lifesaver since my pet had an injured leg. The room had a slight odor but was otherwise quiet and pleasant. I'd love to stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

Every review mentions the dog-first approach and the wonderful service from the staff, and I experienced firsthand that this is absolutely true. I'm so glad my dog's first overnight stay was at AndDoggy. My dog ​​is a large breed and can be quite intimidating when he barks, but the staff, who are used to dogs, treated him kindly, and I was able to stay there with peace of mind.

This was my first time staying at a pet-themed hotel, and I was initially a little worried about hygiene issues like pet hair. However, after two days, the hotel was very clean, and I didn't see anything I was concerned about. The room had a separate wet and dry area, which I was very happy about. The room was a one-bedroom apartment with a living room, and the space was huge. The bedding was also very comfortable, making it easy to fall asleep. Everything was very clean and tidy. The surrounding amenities were also very convenient, with the subway and bus stops very close by.

The room was large and new, with a separate bathroom and toilet area with a small sink. It was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The downside was that the window couldn't be opened; there was a film covering it, so you couldn't see the outside view, which felt a bit oppressive. The hotel is dog-friendly, with many dogs, some of which were quite noisy and had bad tempers. If you don't like dogs, I wouldn't recommend booking there. Also, even though the hotel was very clean, there was still a dog smell at times.

Very good, clean and hygienic, the facilities are quite new and the rooms are spacious. It's right next to Nijo-jo Station. The receptionist speaks fluent English and a few words of Chinese.
