Slight walk from the train station but great value for the price! Pillows are a little thin but overall I had a great stay

I stayed alone as a woman, but the room was clean and spacious. I'm not a big fan of hotels, but the room was just the right size and I felt at ease, and I was able to sleep soundly! There are izakayas nearby, so it's very convenient to go out for drinks at night!

It was a nice hotel, neither good nor bad. The interior was pure white, which was nice, and there were many windows so sunlight came in in the morning. I stayed for multiple nights, but there was no cleaning, which was disappointing, but for 2 nights it would be enough. There were young people working at the front desk in shifts, but it didn't feel uncomfortable and was overall good.

It was clean and just the right size for just sleeping. It was the weekend, so there was a lot of noise from cars driving on the road in front. There was no shaver as an amenity.

There was mold on the curtains so they should be replaced.

The location is very small. It's a 10-minute walk from Daitgu, and you can only go to the bus stop. The facilities are good, the staff are very friendly, and it was clean when I went in, which was great.. but a cockroach came out of the room at night. My,,..head. It fell from above...^^ Since it is a new hotel, I was surprised that it was a cockroach...~

The location wasn't exactly great, but I think it was reasonably good! The staff were friendly and the facilities were great! Seven convenience store is right next door, so it was easy to use :)

Отель в 10 минутах ходьбы от исторического Гиона. До метро тоже дойти можно быстро. Рядом много ресторанов и магазинов. Удобно. Все рядом и всего много. Единственное окна не открываются в номере. Я не люблю кондиционеры по этому окно это важно. Еще были проблемы с горячей водой. Мне их решили - дали ключи от номера на другом этаже… надо было обратиться сразу. В первый день вода работала кое как а на второй уже нет)) путешествовала с ребенком.

Good hotel in a prime location. It’s very compact but that’s to be expected and quiet considering the location. The only real negative is the poor internet. It’s painfully slow. It would put me off staying here again. I asked if there was faster internet as I was happy to pay for it but there’s only the free option available. Beds were clean and firm with wheat pillows. Bring your own if this is an issue. 7/11 and family mart a few metres away, bus straight outside the door, pay washing machines across the road 24/7. Microwave in the waiting area and coffee machine available 24/7. Uber eats can deliver to this hotel and was very easy to do when we were tired or over Japanese food. If the internet was better I would give it 5 stars. However 5 stars for value, price and location.

Hotel very nice, clean and near the shopping mall, very good experience to sightseeing in Kyoto areas such as cultural historical temples, attractive places and hotel excellent service. It's the first time we bisit Kyoto very beautiful place.

Stylish hotel with super good location ,clean white room and have everything you need. a lot of nice restaurants, quiet cool bar and cute cafe around hotel also mini mart is super close, fish market is in walking distance. the bus stop is just right in the front of the hotel, very easy to come from airport and easy to travel around the staff are super nice and very well communicate. one of our friend forgot sweater there ,just know on the train we went to osaka ,they so kind and helpful to arrange the deliver. arigato :) we love our stay and we’ll be back for next visit in kyoto

Great location with a bus stop right outside. The hotel is very clean and staff were friendly. My room did not face the street and was very quiet. The only reason I took off a point is that I had a room on the second floor where the windows were covered on the outside with metal. It wasn’t a big deal to me, but I still wish I would have known that when I booked the room. It didn’t mention that the room would not have windows you could see out of.

Excellent place to stay. Very clean and people are very friendly. The location city is very good. Recommended. The bus station and also the train stations are very close to the hotel. Very good place to stay.
