An authentic Japanese ryogan. The location is perfect, right in front of the Katsura River. We have enjoyed both the bustle daytime and quiet and beautiful night view of the river. The Asahi beer in the minibar is all complementary. Had a good night with the beer and the night view.

Great service and great kaiseki meals.

The room was very large. I initially didn't get a first-floor room with a garden, but after communicating with the hotel, they moved me there because they had a room available. The environment was great! As for breakfast and dinner, I was very happy with them. The tofu and fried fish, in particular, tasted exactly like the ones I make back home. The presentation was impeccable, but there were just too many cold dishes. The tatami mats were clean, but walking barefoot was a bit painful. 😭 Right outside the door was Togetsukyo Bridge, which was incredibly beautiful on a clear day. I regretted only spending three days in Arashiyama. Later, I went to Shijo and found the mountains more comfortable. There are also plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. Overall, this place is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The hostess and the wait staff were very friendly and recommended good restaurants. I'll stay here again!

This is the hotel with the biggest discrepancy between price and room that I have ever stayed in. The room is just like a B&B, and the hot spring area is old and out of shape. What a rip-off!!!

The Treasure Hotel in Arashiyama has Togetsukyo Bridge at its doorstep. You can feel the extreme noise and tranquility just across the door. The service staff are very warm and gentle. Staying here makes you happy both physically and mentally, and your whole mood softens.

The room is very big. There is a Togetsukyo Bridge at the entrance of the hotel. The scenery is beautiful. There is a Togetsukyo Bridge on the bamboo forest path. There is also a mountain view at the entrance. The hotel's breakfast is average.

It's very good. This is my second time here. It's very comfortable. In the Arashiyama scenic area, the wooden bathtub is very comfortable to take a bath. There are no disadvantages except that I really don't like Kaiseki cuisine.

The environment is really great. If you want to experience a Japanese inn, it is a good choice. The service is also very good. The sashimi for dinner is very fresh and delicious. I ordered two more servings. I will definitely come back next time!

Although there are few hotels, the rooms are very elegant and the dining areas are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and will actively assist you every time you go in and out. The weather was quite cold on the day of check-in, so the staff took the initiative to bring you a blanket, and when they saw you wanted to take photos, they would take the initiative to help you. The room we stayed in this time allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view of Arashiyama while soaking in the hot springs, which was quite relaxing. 1

Overall, the service quality and hotel environment are as good as ever. This time the hotel should have been renovated. It is not a traditional tatami room. The room feels a bit small. The only drawback is that the outdoor hot spring is gone.

The location is conveniently located in the core area of ​​Togetsukyo Bridge. As a traditional Japanese hot spring hotel, it is generally very satisfactory.
