Cross Hotel Kyoto

Traveling from Osaka to Kyoto, I stayed at the Cross Hotel for two nights, and overall, it met my expectations. The room was clean, tidy, and had a Japanese-style feel. The hotel lobby was also spacious, bright, and clean. The location was excellent, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in a bustling area; it was surprisingly quiet at night. My only minor complaint was that the room window was frosted glass and couldn't be opened, so I couldn't air out the room sometimes. Overall, it's still highly recommended!

The hotel is quite large and conveniently located right across from Kyoto Station, making it very easy to get around by train or do some shopping.

The layout is well-designed, and the room is spacious. Pulling back the curtains was a delightful surprise: a lively yet serene snowfall. I went down to the hotel's lobby for a cup of matcha and enjoyed the beautiful view.

The room was clean and tidy, and the customer service was professional and polite. The facilities were complete, and the lobby had a beautiful lounge area with free coffee. My requests made through Ctrip customer service before check-in were also met. Most importantly, the location is excellent, with many great food options nearby and beautiful scenery. Highly recommended.
