房間構造是2層（二樓梳粧台+兩張西式床跟一個衣櫃，一樓榻榻米+四人位餐桌+電視+灶台烤箱微波爐，餐具很全夠五個人左右用，電磁灶火力也可以）卧室乾濕分離，淋浴區域很大，坐着洗也很舒服。位置很好，走去京都博物館或者清水寺都是十分鐘左右，要夜遊八阪神社或者稻荷的話也很方便，國慶比平時價格溢價不多（對比訂酒店來説）值得推薦！
