Great location right next to Kyoto station. Very beautiful lobby and huge room. No view as it is in a small street to the side of Kyoto station. Very convenient and next to taxi station. The hotel believes in sustainability so all your amenities like toothbrush and paste, shavers etc need to be requested on the iPad or asked at reception. There is a Lawson and 711 within a minute from the hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located not far from the right side of Kyoto Station, and the environment is excellent. For breakfast, they offer both Western and Japanese options, both of which are very good. The entire decor is quite unique, creating a quiet and comfortable atmosphere.

We are highly recommend to stay in this hotel, while the location, room size, cleanliness, design, and service are excellent. Moreover, the breakfast style is enough to choose, you can either enjoy in western or Japanese style breakfast per day. And we have encountered a traffic jam issue when we are coming back from Nara Station, something bad happened and the train was suddenly stopped. So we cannot be able to back to hotel on time for retrieving our packed luggages in room. We called to the hotel and explained this unexpected situation. The staffs show understand and offered free late check out one more hour for us, we know it is not easy to have free late check out at Japan but they did treat us so well. Thank you so much, we appreciated and we will stay in future as well. Thank you!

Spacious room, good coffee and tea making facilities. Super handy location for main Kyoto train station.

Good location, can walk to Kyoto station 3 minutes, nice hotel , clean and cozy place. The hotel is expensive but does not include onsen services, have to pay extra.

this hotel provided us with a top quality service and the rooms are super huge. Gym has plenty of machines and weights. Breakfast was amazing as well. 1 minute away from Kyoto station to top it all off.

Hotel was very sophisticated and clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location is fantastic! The design is also very modern and forward-thinking. The front desk and concierge staff were all incredibly enthusiastic and always attentive to whether we needed any assistance. It was a very satisfying stay. We stayed in Japan for 7 nights and switched between 3 hotels, and this was by far the most satisfying five-star hotel experience!

So good! So good! So good! I have to say it three times! The only downside is that it's often fully booked, so you have to be quick!

It's rare for me to be completely satisfied with a hotel, but this one truly hit the mark. The decor, cleanliness, facilities, and location/transportation were all impeccable.
