Hotel Chatelet Inn Kyoto Reviews

I made a reservation for 2 rooms for 3 nights, but the hotel only prepared 1 room for 3 nights! Communicating in English is quite difficult. If you book online please double check that your room is reserved for you. The hotel is quite relaxing for tourists compared to other hotels in Japan. All the staff are lovely and kind. It is located near several convenience stores and a liquor store. The hotel's shared bathroom was spotless and quiet. Overall, it is a hotel suitable for traveling with family.

Very good experience, the facilities are old but very Japanese. If you have luggage, you can tell the counter staff and they will take you upstairs in the elevator next to it.

A really fun room, and more comfortable than it looks. All amenities included.

The building is old, but there is a large public bath so you can relax. There are convenience stores around the hotel so it is very convenient. The subway is also nearby so I thought it was very useful.

大家族で連続で年末年始お世話になっております。広々としており、部屋のお風呂以外に大浴場もあり自分たちで食べ物ももちより、ポットもあるので満足です。またよろしくお願いします。

Отель отличный за свою стоимость!!! Очень приветливый персонал, на ресепшене приятно пахнет благовониями. Комнаты немного уже старые, но чистые, еще неплохой вид из окна. За онсен отдельный плюс

Отель не самый новый, мебель местами потёртая, но сервис все компенсирует, сотрудники молодцы
