Stay Sakura Kyoto Higashi Hongan-jiⅠ

The hotel's location is decent, especially if you're driving, as there's plenty of parking nearby. The room itself was comfortable, but the cleanliness really needs improvement. The room had carpet, and you're supposed to take off your shoes when you enter. However, I highly doubt the hotel staff vacuum when cleaning, because just walking from the door to the bed, my feet were covered in long hairs left by previous guests – absolutely disgusting! Plus, there was a used towel left behind the bathroom door. The only real positive was the bathroom, which had its own exhaust fan and a drying feature. I could wash clothes and they'd be completely dry overnight. There was also a basic kitchenette for cooking, but I didn't end up using it.

The hotel's overall design is very comfortable. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are great, and there's a generous supply of towels. They also provide plenty of hangers, and the in-room washer and dryer are a real lifesaver for long trips. During my five-day stay, the room was cleaned once. The simple kitchen appliances are also excellent, and the room setup matches the website description perfectly. The bed is just the right firmness, and the air conditioning is very stable. My only minor complaints are that the cutlery wasn't perfectly clean, and some towels had stains. The biggest drawback is the lack of a small table for dining. However, the overall experience was very good. The hotel is conveniently located near a convenience store and supermarket, and transportation is very accessible. Definitely recommended!

There's a 24-hour supermarket nearby, and it's only one stop away from Kyoto Station, making transportation very convenient. The surrounding environment is quiet, and the room inside is clean and tidy. There's even a drying rack and a dryer, which is perfect for travelers!

The room was spotless, and the facilities were brand new and well-appointed. Its location is incredibly convenient, just about 500 meters from the subway station. The front desk staff were very attentive and helpful. I'd definitely love to return to Kyoto given the opportunity.
