Really enjoyed my stay here! It was easy to find and super close to Kyoto Station. I loved that I could store my luggage, and the front desk staff were so friendly and easy to communicate with. Thumbs up! 👍👍👍 Oh, and the grilled beef nearby was absolutely delicious! 😍

The hotel is clean, and the staff are very helpful. It has a kitchen and a shared laundry room. It's not too far from the station and close to a convenience store. All facilities are well-equipped.

Nice hotel with good location which just 7-8mins walk distance from Kyoto station. Convenient with shared kitchen, guest laundry(fee required), also luggage storage before check in.

Clean, convenience, not far from kyoto station (by walk approx 10 min). There is family mart near residence (approx 50m). Comfortable bed and fluffy. Shower and bath are good. Daily change towel. There is slipper, washing machine with detergent. Kitchen is good with knife, pot, bowl, dish, cup, green tea and coffee drip etc. Luggage can store before and after check out. Resi Stay Rlreception is opposite another side of kyoto station (opposite with Avanti mall).

The hotel was very easy to find; it's just a few minutes' walk from the station. The room facilities were excellent, and the ground floor lobby had a self-service laundry room, public restrooms, and even self-service luggage storage. What I particularly loved was the self-service kitchen! Our last meal before leaving Kyoto was the most relaxed one – we went to the supermarket, bought wagyu beef and various other ingredients, and cooked it ourselves. It felt like a true wagyu feast! We even had leftovers, and it honestly felt just like being at home. It was truly wonderful. If I come back to Kyoto, I'll definitely stay here again!

Great location, close to Higashi Honganji Temple. The communal area on the first floor is convenient for making instant noodles and cooking. The washing machine and dryer are a bit expensive. They provide fresh towels for consecutive stays, but they don't clean the room. You have to sort your trash and dispose of it at the designated spot. The hotel overall was good. It was a self-serve hotel with little or no service. They provided clean towels everyday if you wished, but it ends there. If you are accustomed to having coffee, tea, and water restocked as in most hotels, then you'll be disappointed. There was tv with good programming, coin operated washers and dryers, a communal cooking and eating area by the front entry.

The staycation is near almost our destinations by bus and subway. Its location is super suitable for foreigner travelers. The staffs are friendly, supportive and useful. Highly rcm for the next trip to Kyoto!

Overall, the stay in Resi Heart was great. The location was super convenient, with Lawson and Family Mart nearby and an easy access to Kyoto Station. The only downside I can think of was only the pillow. The pillow was too soft.

It was super convenient to be able to leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out. Plus, it was within walking distance from the station. However, the shower curtain in the bathroom had an unpleasant smell.

It's about an 8-minute walk from Kyoto Station. When you book, you'll receive a link to fill out your check-in details online. We filled it out beforehand, so checking in at the accommodation was very quick. You can drop off your luggage early if you arrive before check-in, which is after 3:00 PM. The room was clean, there's no water dispenser but they provide one bottle of water and a kettle. We booked for two days and didn't expect towel changes, so we were surprised to find fresh towels when we returned on the second day. There are many shops and restaurants along the way, and Lopia (cash only) is nearby where we bought incredibly cheap and delicious strawberries. The laundry and dryer are now coin-operated, no longer free! You can get change for the machines at the front desk.
