The best hotel in our trip! Room size is decent, Best Japanese bathroom, and a kitchen! This is 2-3 times more worth from the price. Stay for 2 nights and we love the hotel so much. Walking distance to Kiyomizu area, enjoying morning and night walk for less crowd. Far from train stations, located between 2 bus stations.

I arrived at the hotel about 2-3 hours before check-in but my room was ready so they let me check in early. Nice and clean, i loved having a tub, I took a bath every night. Had no trouble otherwise, I was mainly out during the day. I was able to walk to the Kiyumizu-dera and kawaramachi shijo with relative ease. I even walked there from Kyoto station, although it was a long walk. If you want to look around you can walk to most places from the hotel and there’s a convenience store right across the street. Great place to stay.

Completely exceeded my expectations! The shower room gets top marks – it was incredibly warm, and I even had a TV to watch while soaking in the tub. It's also within walking distance of Kiyomizu-dera Temple. In the morning, I had breakfast outside and then went straight to explore Sannenzaka and Ninenzaka near Kiyomizu-dera; it was wonderful with fewer crowds.

Everything was pretty good. The heater took a little while to warm up but once it did, it was very cozy. There's a small balcony, and amenities like a washing machine and kitchen, complete with laundry detergent pods and dish soap. The luggage delivery service was excellent. The service center is near Kyoto Station, and if you drop off your luggage before 4 PM, they'll deliver it to your hotel room for free. It would be even better if they offered a similar service for check-out, sending luggage back to the service center. Traveling solo with a suitcase is really inconvenient, especially since you can't take luggage on buses in Kyoto. There's also a pretty good ramen shop nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy hotel in Kyoto. The location was extremely convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The room was very clean, including the bathroom and bed, and all the amenities were well provided. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would definitely come back again!

Fantastic apartment hotel, very close to Sannenzaka and Kiyomizu-dera Temple. It's conveniently located with plenty of convenience stores and small restaurants nearby. The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to friends!

Traveling with kids, the hotel room wasn't huge, but it was fully equipped. The washing machine and kitchen were incredibly useful, saving us the trouble of doing laundry late at night after a day of exploring. We also appreciated being able to buy groceries from a nearby supermarket and cook meals for the children. The hotel is conveniently located close to attractions like Kiyomizu-dera, Ninenzaka, and Sannenzaka, all within walking distance.

The pros are: the location is very close to Kiyomizu-dera Temple, and there's a FamilyMart convenience store directly across the street where you can buy beef to cook yourself. The cons are that it's a bit far from Kyoto Station and requires a bus ride. Japanese bus routes are quite confusing, unlike JR or other subway lines, so I wouldn't recommend relying on them. I missed my bus and ended up taking an expensive taxi, missing my Arashiyama sightseeing train. The biggest problem, though, was that the room faced the street and was incredibly noisy; I couldn't sleep at all because of how fast the cars were going by.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a short distance from major attractions such as Kiyomizu-dera Temple and Sanjusangendo Temple. A bus stop conveniently located right outside the entrance provides easy access to all parts of the city. Our room was equipped with amenities like an in-room washing machine, a dedicated drying space, and a microwave, which was perfect for our family trip with children. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Kyoto.

The location near Kiyomizu-dera Temple is excellent, with many attractions close by and very convenient transportation. It's perfect for independent travelers.

Having exclusive access to a washing machine was a major plus, and the bathroom dryer was incredibly convenient, drying our clothes while we slept or were out. However, the washing machine itself was quite dirty and required cleaning before we could use it. Given the room's size, a single air conditioner was completely inadequate for Kyoto's intense summer heat. Only the immediate vicinity of the AC unit felt cool, and it remained uncomfortably hot, especially after a shower, taking an age for us to stop sweating.

The room was impeccably clean and came fully equipped with a washing machine, microwave, fridge, a kitchenette, and basic cooking utensils. I was extremely satisfied, and the space was also generously sized.
