Clean, big room, good views. location little bit far away. But its okay.

1. The bathroom is so inconvenient. The door is semi transparent. And it can’t be locked. Why? There’s no hook to put your clothes too, so inconvenient. It also got smelly quite easily. 2. It’s quite far from a train station or bus station. 3. Price is cheap, maybe that’s why. But had I known this, I would have chosen another hotel

Pretty good. The room size was decent, and the bathroom wasn't cramped. **Amenities:** Complete. Though small, it had everything you needed. **Cleanliness:** Good. **Environment:** Close to the bus station, right across from the hotel. You can pretty much get to all the main attractions. **Service:** Good.

The room was quite spacious, about 20 square meters, so there was plenty of space to lay out luggage without any worries. The bathroom was also a good size with a separate wet and dry area. However, I didn't use the shower there as I went to the large public bath on the 9th floor instead. Soaking in it was a great way to relieve the fatigue of a day of travel. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a bus stop, offering easy access to places like the National Museum, Ichiran Ramen (Shijo branch), and Shinshindo Bakery (Shijo branch).

The air conditioning wasn't very effective and was quite noisy. The room's power system requires the key card to be inserted, meaning all electricity turns off as soon as you leave, which was incredibly inconvenient. On the positive side, AirPlay connectivity was a definite plus. Breakfast was crowded and disorganized, and guests weren't even allowed to choose their own tables. The selection was decent, though. The cake and freshly fried fish pieces were delicious, but the bread was nothing special.

The hotel is quite a distance from both the subway station and the main shopping street, making shopping quite inconvenient. Even the bus stop requires about a 100-meter walk and crossing an overpass. They offer a public bathhouse with separate sections for men and women. The water was quite clean, and it felt incredibly relaxing to soak in after a long day of walking. My room, located on the 9th floor, had a distinct urine-like odor when the air conditioning was turned on. The smell only dissipated after I used the air purifier. The included buffet breakfast had a rather limited selection of items. On a positive note, there's an excellent ramen shop located right downstairs from the hotel, which is definitely worth a visit.

The room was spacious enough for two people. The staff was nice and very helpful. The hotel located in the middle of the main road so crossing to the other side was challenging. The quickest way was to use the crossing bridge or else need to walk around the road.

Good value for money. The room was also quite spacious. The only minor issue was a peculiar, hard-to-describe smell. Despite that, for the price, it's still definitely worth a stay. Overall, pretty good! Many hotels in Kyoto tend to be quite spacious.

Need to take metro bus to attractions seems the subway is 10 minutes away

It was a great hotel which is located on Kyoto The staff were very kind and nice. The public bath were big and nicely located on top floor.

The room facilities and rooftop pool were great. My only complaint is that the rooms facing the road were a bit noisy, but once I switched to an inner room, I slept perfectly.
