Hotel & Spa Lotus (Adult Only)

The breakfast arrived on time and the spa was great!

We booked this establishment without realizing it was a love hotel, and since we were there as tourists, we booked three nights. The concept is interesting and has real potential: the room is large, well-equipped, with a big TV, a good sound system, and a massage chair. On paper, everything is there for a good time. Unfortunately, the major drawback is the cleanliness. There was a lot of dust, suspicious stains on the bedding and surfaces, small insects, hair that wasn't ours on the furniture, and forgotten trash like used cotton balls. We asked to change rooms and were upgraded, but the condition was similar, which shows that the problem is widespread. In this type of establishment, hygiene should be impeccable, so it's really a shame. For a quick one-night stay, some might be able to overlook it, but honestly, for people sensitive to cleanliness or for a multi-night stay like ours, it becomes difficult to accept. Personally, I wouldn't return, not even for one night, under these conditions. Unfortunately, breakfast didn't redeem the situation: it was simply inedible. On the plus side, the two women at reception were kind, understanding, and professional. In short: a place with potential, but one that urgently and seriously needs to improve its hygiene to reach its full potential.

Excellent hotel! Very large rooms, a gigantic bed, a massage chair, and a jacuzzi. Special thanks for the abundance of bathroom amenities – everything for body, hair, and facial care. You could get free bath salts (several types available) near reception. There are also various treats – dried fruit, popcorn, and cornflakes – also free. The rooms are clean, and the housekeeping is excellent. The reception staff is excellent. There's a small onsen on the rooftop; they can reserve it for you upon request. Breakfast is available in two varieties – European and Japanese. There are markets near the hotel, and the metro is a 20-minute walk away. Overall, a very pleasant experience at the hotel:

The huge room has four different bathing facilities. It's amazing. The price is really cost-effective.

The service was terrible. Even though I had paid in advance, it took a long time to check out, and I contacted the staff many times, but no matter how many times I said the same thing, they just said "it's the rules of the facility" and I ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes. It was also disappointing that although there was Wi-Fi, the network was poor.
