Extraordinary, modern hotel. Clean, with all the necessary comforts to rest after exploring Kyoto! Spacious rooms with comfortable and well-lit beds, and a large bathroom. Excellent location, with the subway just a minute away. Highly recommended!

I love staying in this hotel, convenient location next to kyoto gyeon and train station

Hotel was excellent. Great location close to transport and food. The room was spacious and clean. Staff very friendly - hotel a stones throw from the park which was lovely to walk around.

Room space is big enough. The view outside is fabulous. Breakfast on the first floor is fine with four-five options, which is good enough for all tourists from different regions. What’s more, thr location is great, only two stations away from city centre.

The hotel is wonderful, I really liked it! Clean, stylish, and beautiful. The room is spacious, and everything is beautifully thought out. It smells wonderful both in the room and throughout the hotel. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that my birthday fell on the same date as my stay, but the hotel didn't send any greetings, cards, souvenirs, or anything at all.

I found this hotel using a map search, as it was difficult to find on Trip.com. However, I discovered it was very reasonably priced, and the rooms were comfortable enough for three people to comfortably unfold their suitcases. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but the quality was decent. The hotel staff were very helpful. It's just across the street from the bus stop and Kyoto Imperial Palace, and there's a McDonald's across the street, as well as supermarkets and convenience stores nearby.

Great location... subway station right outside... convenience store and casual dining downstairs... very convenient... stayed twice in a row... great!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The aroma in the lobby was also nice. The front desk and cleaning staff were very polite. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I come to Kyoto.

Overall satisfaction was high. While some softer aspects of the service could be improved, it didn't significantly impact the overall experience. The rooms were spacious, which my child appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Exit 4 of the Karasuma Line, making it a worthwhile destination.

I was satisfied with the room; it was quite large and exceeded my expectations for a hotel in Japan.

The hotel entrance is right next to Exit 4 of the subway station. It was extremely cold in Kyoto those days, but luckily I was able to get to the hotel right after exiting the subway station. Fortunately, there was a convenience store next to the hotel. You don't need to transfer to Arashiyama, Kyoto Station, Kiyomizu Temple, or Gion. With a one-day transportation pass, even the elderly at home won't have to suffer too much. The hotel said the room was upgraded. When I opened the curtains, I could see the Imperial Garden. Being close to the Imperial Garden was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. But I came a few days early and many flowers in Kyoto had not bloomed yet. I could see them from the window so I didn't have to go there in vain. The room is very spacious, and it feels like it is not a problem to open 3 suitcases at the same time. The furnishings in the room are also very nice. Anyway, if you don't need to be convenient to Kyoto Station, I recommend this place. The streets are much quieter at night.

It is very convenient for travel, as it is located above the subway station, but it is a bit out of the way and the surrounding area is not very lively.

The room is big and the furniture is new. It's a four-star hotel! The price is right. The service is warm and nice. The location is also first-rate. Exit 4 of Marutamachi subway station, and the hotel is right outside. The transportation is convenient. There is also a good tavern near the hotel, and the food is great! But you need to make a reservation in advance. The hotel is next to Kyoto Gyoen National Garden, and is very close to Kiyomizu Temple, Ni and Sannenzaka. The location of this hotel is in the center of Kyoto, and it is the most convenient node to go to any tourist attraction. I will choose this hotel next time and will strongly recommend it to my friends.
